题意需要满足如下条件：

也就是 $b_i + h - w \le a_i \le b_i - h + w$，设传送带移动距离是 $p$，那么应该满足 $b_i + h - w \le a_i + p \le b_i - h + w$，可以得到 $b_i + h - w - a_i \le p \le b_i - h + w - a_i$，对于所有的 $i$ 都成立，只需要让左边的最大值 $\le$ 右边的最小值。
